Master of Education - M.Ed

M.Ed Course

A post Graduate course in Education (M. Ed.) The course is of two year duration which comprises of four semesters. It is affiliated to Bengaluru City University, Bengaluru and approved by the NCTE, New Delhi. The M.Ed programme follows the rules and regulations along with the curriculum/ syllabi structured, prescribed and approved by the by the statutory council Bengaluru City University.

Eligibility

Candidates seeking admission to the M.Ed. programme should have obtained at least 50% marks or an equivalent grade in any one of the following teacher preparation programmes:

1. 1. B.Ed. with any undergraduate degree (with 50% marks in each).
2. 2. B.A, B.Ed., B.Sc.B.Ed.
3. 3. B.El.Ed.
4. 4. D.El.Ed/D.Ed/TCH with an undergraduate degree (with 50% marks in each).

The procedure followed in respect of calendar of admissions shall be in conformity with the guidelines issued by the Bengaluru City University in each year.
